An idea of our cuisine. Every day the Bistrots de Cuisiniers undertake to introduce variety in order to propose a real menu based on ingredients from the market of the day.
A few examples from this bistro :
- Parsleyed ham à la Bourguignonne, light old-fashioned mustard cream
- Pancake stuffed with black pudding and preserved apples, mustard vinaigrette
- Fricassee of farmhouse chicken cooked in the coq-au-vin style, fresh pasta with citrus rinds
- Chicken liver cake, tomato sauce, mushrooms and slices of fried quenelles
- Fresh frogs legs sautéed in parsley
- Pears and plums poached in Beaujolais wine
- Pink praline tart served with thick cream
