An idea of our cuisine. Every day the Bistrots de Cuisiniers undertake to introduce variety in order to propose a real menu based on ingredients from the market of the day.

A few examples from this bistro :

- Fillets of red mullet, compote of cabbage with streaky bacon
- “Bouchon Platter”, selection of rosette dried sausage, cooked sausage, soft white cheese with shallots and herbs, potatoes
- Crispy goats cheese and apple, balsamic dressing
- Sabodet sausage Beaujolais style and green lentils
- Fried salmon, lemon cream and compote of chicory
- Ox tripe, Gribiche sauce and steamed potatoes
